1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Seoul Pathways services and website. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to travel tours and related services provided by Seoul Pathways
- "User" means any person accessing our website or booking our services
- "Tour" includes all travel packages, activities, and experiences offered
- "We/Us/Our" refers to Seoul Pathways
3. Booking and Payment
- Tour bookings must be confirmed with a deposit payment
- Full payment is due 30 days before tour departure
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- Payment methods include bank transfer and credit cards
- Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than 45 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- Cancellations 30-45 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: No refund
- Travel insurance is highly recommended
5. User Responsibilities
- Travelers must possess valid travel documents (passport, visa if required)
- Travelers must disclose any medical conditions affecting tour participation
- Users are responsible for their personal belongings during tours
- Travelers must follow guide instructions and local laws
- Minimum age requirement is 18 or accompanied by adult guardian
6. Limitation of Liability
Seoul Pathways liability is limited to:
- Services directly provided by Seoul Pathways
- Maximum liability limited to tour package cost
- No liability for third-party service providers
- No liability for force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, political unrest)
- No liability for personal injuries except where caused by our negligence
7. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify itineraries due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
- Substitute hotels or activities with comparable alternatives
- Cancel tours due to insufficient bookings (with full refund)
- Make changes necessary for traveler safety
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Singapore.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
